Brian Fajardo
With over thirty years of experience, Brian oversees all operations at Stations. He established Stations with Andrew Lanier in 1997. Brian grew up in San Jose with eight of his cousins all residing on the same residential street; the Fajardo clan continues to be a closely-knit family. Brian loves muscle cars; in high school he owned a Camaro 7 and a half RS Z28.
Andrew Lanier
Andrew is a founding partner of Stations; he runs the warehouse and sales divisions of Stations. Andrew grew up in east San Jose and attended Independence High School. As a cycling enthusiast along with his son, they’ve participated in several Centuries and other endurance cycling trips. They also traveled together to the Pre-Olympic trials in Russia.
Rico Chavez
Rico started at Stations eleven years ago as an installer. From there, he moved up to foreman, then was promoted to supervisor, and is now a manager for the Sacramento office. Rico is married, and also adores Harley Davidsons.
Phil Botello
Phil is our Controller overseeing the financial strategy and health of the business leveraging over 30 years experience. Phil has been married to his wife, Susan, for 44 years, has 2 sons, and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time Phil enjoys playing golf and attending sporting events.
Florence Pacheco
Florence manages the Human Resources division. She’s been with Stations since 2015 and has been working in HR since they called it Personnel back in the day. She stays in close touch with her kids and grandkids; an intrepid traveller, Florence has been all over Europe, and recently visiting Maui for a change.
